Essential to any successful Buying Alliance is a solid foundation of credible suppliers. All suppliers to our Buying Group meet the following criteria.
- Quality - They can supply high quality of goods and services
- Customer Service – They can provide customer service to an excellent level
- Product Range – They can supply a wide range of products
- Nationwide Coverage - They can supply to members all over the UK
- Cost Reduction – They can ultimately save our members money!
Whilst it is reasonable to expect all suppliers to meet these criteria, long term Cost Reduction (incorporating Best Value) is very significant – as ultimately, this is why our members join the Buying Group.
For this premium, it is fair for members to expect better pricing, given the buying power of the Buying Group, than a supplier would give to a customer who is not part of the Buying Group.
