Kevin McCarthy

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a leading management thinker, who has enjoyed building several companies as Managing and Finance Director. He designed the revolutionary PROACTIS Spend Control system, which has transformed the efficiency and management control of expenditure for 250 large organisations in the public and private sector. The company he built is now quoted on AIM. Kevin has worked in Paris and Cologne and speaks French and German. He is also Chairman and 2^nd XI Captain of Wighill Park Cricket Club.

Paul Lonsdale

Paul is a former competitive gymnast and has competed successfully in national and area Natural Bodybuilder competitions, including Mr UK and Mr Great Britain. Paul is a reserve for Sky’s “Gladiators” programme. His experience and qualifications have led him to become a well respected personal trainer and have enabled him to transform the attitudes and bodies of all of his clients. His passion is developing people and entertaining. Paul has a background in teaching and medical referral training and remains a positive, highly-motivated person inspiring others to change their lifestyles and to have fun!

Jo Holmes

Jo is probably one of the most enthusiastic and passionate people alive. She has a high quality of experience and loves to inspire encourage and develop young people in the community. Jo has an extensive teaching history ranging from sports psychology, physical education and leadership and has competed at high level squash and netball. As an exceptional power lifter, Jo has the motivation and knowledge to take anyone to their limits!

Stuart Holmes

Stuart has been described as a Guru of the outdoor expedition world. He is known within the climbing community as ‘Guido’ or guide. Stuart has an impressive mountaineering and walking background starting from the age of 11 which has lead him to climb extensively in the UK, Europe and USA clocking up 1500 extreme outdoor climbs in the UK alone. Stuart is full of enthusiasm and loves taking groups of people out to experience the Outdoors!

Dolly Dalton

What can be said about Dolly without saying crazy, life loving and laughing machine! She is one of the bubbliest people in the universe bringing laughter and comic relief where ever she goes. Dolly has a wealth of experience in physical training and is talented at boxing, rowing and now Thai boxing. With a background in social and community work, Dolly loves working with people and helping them break free from their mundane habits and delivering them to a life of smiles, laughter and get her in front of a group and fireworks happen.
